The MG622 is MAULDIN's road class motor grader featuring 133 hp, hydrostatic transmission and 12 ft. moldboard with full ditching and bank slope capabilities.

The MG622 will be the perfect machine for residential construction, large commercial lots as well as road construction and maintenance.  Standard tandem hydrostatic drive is controlled with an electronic traction control system to put maximum torque to the ground at all engine & travel speeds.  Order your machine with the optional all-wheel-drive package and you'll have a machine with excellent tractive effort in snow, mud & sand.

The hydrostatic drive system may be operated in two different modes.  In Manual Mode, the operator uses a hand lever to shift the machine forward to reverse with infinitely variable speeds.  There is also a foot throttle to govern engine RPM's and an inching/brake pedal.  In Automatic Mode, the operator uses either the hand lever or foot pedal to shift the machine forward and reverse with infinitely variable speeds.  While in this mode, engine RPM's are automatically governed by the amount of ground speed desired and the amount of load present on the 12 ft. moldboard.  The inching/brake pedal can also be used in this mode.

MAULDIN's exclusive Coarse Grade & Fine Grade work modes are standard equipment.  These two modes give the operator complete control of the hydraulics.  This technology also allows end users to use laser control systems without adding any additional valves to the machine.  Simply install a Machine Control System (MCS) and the appropriate sensors and grade within a 1/16 in. tolerance.
